Prepare useful feedback

To describe an issue, note the worksheet maker, paper size, row pattern and the step that went wrong. Include what you expected to happen and what you saw. A fictional example is usually enough.

• Use a fictional example with the same relevant accent or approximate length.
• Mention whether you were using Print, PDF, SVG or a saved project.
• Describe the paper size and any visible error code.
• Avoid sending a real learner name or private project unless it is necessary and you have chosen to share it.

If you need to remove a saved file, use the file manager or storage service where you kept it. Clearing the workbench does not delete downloads or recall a file shared elsewhere.
